A chef from Eleven Madison Park now runs the kitchen here, cooking the Lebanese dishes Nabila Farah taught her son Michael growing up, before the two of them opened this Court Street spot together. Nearly everything is made ahead and held through service rather than fired to order, from harak osbao to lamb with freekeh to a chicken hashweh that keeps people coming back. The room is bright and lofty, with tall windows, and the menu flags its vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free and nut-free dishes on every page.
