10 Speed Coffee

A cycling-themed roaster with several LA locations, 10 Speed Coffee's Sawtelle shop opened at the end of 2023 and does its own roasting rather than buying beans in. Bicycles hang on the walls as a nod to the name, and large communal tables with outlets at every seat pull in students who camp out for a few hours at a time. The iced maple cinnamon latte is the drink regulars order by name, alongside a strawberry lavender matcha latte that's built its own following.
