Jennifer Rush, drawing on years with the Blue Plate Restaurant Group, built this Montana Avenue wine shop inside a cottage-style space that doubles as a vintage boutique, selling clothing and jewelry alongside the bottles. A back patio gives the place what regulars call a vacation feel. Food arrived later: shareable small plates, artisanal cheese and meat boards, and flatbread pizzas like a mushroom-and-kale version, served Wednesday through Sunday starting at four. A monthly wine club chosen by Nick Dumergue sends members home with two bottles at a time.
