Mirabelle Wine Bar

David Gibbs, who also owns Augustine Wine Bar in Sherman Oaks, opened this dimly lit neighborhood spot in Valley Village in 2018. The list runs deep enough to include vintages from the 1980s alongside a Paso Robles zinfandel and a cabernet franc from Santa Barbara, poured by the glass or bottle. Small plates keep to charcuterie and cheese, ahi tuna crudo, and beef carpaccio finished with fennel pollen and dill. Seating extends onto an outdoor patio, booked through Resy alongside the indoor tables.
