Ariel Nicastro and her business partner, both Burbank locals, self-funded this First Street space rather than bring on outside investors, building it as a coffee shop by morning and a wine bar once the sun goes down. Mornings run on specialty coffee and Filipino-inspired calamansi drinks with pastries; evenings shift to small-production, often organic wines and small bites. The venue runs tarot readings, trivia and vinyl nights through the week alongside private events, with parking in back.
