Around the corner from Main Street, this Hawaiian coffee shop pours single-origin Kona alongside kava nectar, a zero-proof drink cold-pressed from kava root that leaves a tingle on the tongue before a calm sets in. Matcha, hojicha and shave ice round out the menu, served in a room with a peaceful back patio and a few cozy corners for laptops and books. Tuesday nights bring an open mic for local musicians and poets, and Wednesdays turn into a free stand-up comedy show.
