Sweet Rose Creamery

This creamery opened at the Brentwood Country Mart in 2010, the first shop from Josh Loeb and Zoe Nathan. It's a licensed creamery that pasteurizes its own dairy base rather than buying a premade one, and makes its marshmallows, chocolate chips, sauces and waffle cones from scratch. Flavors change monthly, built around whatever's in season at nearby farmers markets. The Mart location has outdoor seating on a sunny patio and a shaded spot for a cone.
