The list leans West Coast and low-intervention, with pet-nat by the glass alongside craft beer, natural sake, and wine cocktails. Snacks run to marinated olives, a charcuterie board, and a grilled cheese regulars order on purpose. Weekends bring vinyl on the turntable, and the monthly calendar rotates in visiting winemakers and food pop-ups.
