At its Sawtelle storefront, B Sweet Dessert Bar's signature order is the Halo, a scoop of ice cream pressed inside a hot donut, best made with the ube (purple yam) flavor. Chef Barb also runs a rotating menu of bread pudding, in flavors like banana chocolate and ube, and scoopable cheesecakes in flavors like cookie butter and snickers. Weekend hours run Friday through Sunday, with the shop also shipping desserts nationwide through Goldbelly.
