By day this Korean-owned cafe in the Harvard Plaza complex pulls espresso from Stereoscope beans and makes a run of flavored lattes: injeolmi, misu, and cream-topped banana, rose or lavender. Croffles, croissants and breakfast burritos cover the food, and there are tables inside and on the patio. Thursday through Sunday evenings the same room turns into NiteThyme, a wine bar pouring organic and biodynamic bottles with cheese, charcuterie and tinned fish.
