What began as a pop-up inside Pangea Bakery turned into its own storefront on Convoy Street in 2014. The shop shaves a flavor-infused block of ice into sheets, finer and airier than a snow cone, then piles on housemade toppings like mochi, popping boba and condensed milk. Craft drinks are made from scratch rather than from syrup, so they take a little longer to reach the counter. The room is small and plain, and parking on this stretch of Convoy is tight.
