The Baked Bear

Pick a cookie, brownie or waffle, add a scoop from a rotating list of house-made ice cream, and press it into a sandwich: that build started The Baked Bear in Pacific Beach. Bear Batter, a cake-batter-flavored scoop, sits alongside Toasted S'mores and Blackberry Crumble among a dozen-plus flavors, with vegan and gluten-free cookies also on offer. Sandwiches are built to order and sold to go, or the shop rolls the edges in sprinkles and other toppings on request.
