On the 16th floor of the Carte Hotel, Lily Rooftop looks out toward Little Italy and the bay, open from late morning until ten most nights. The kitchen keeps it casual: mini poke bowls, buffalo wings, a wagyu cheeseburger, beer-battered fries, and a Caesar salad, finished with coconut panna cotta or a flourless chocolate cake. Live music takes over the space on Thursday evenings, and the calendar otherwise rotates through one-off nights: a salsa evening with a local dance company, a sunrise workout paired with brunch, a World Cup watch party timed to the tournament.
