Rooftop Cinema Club's San Diego screen sits on the fifth-floor terrace of the Porto Vista Hotel in Little Italy, having relocated there from the Manchester Grand Hyatt in 2026 for sunset views over San Diego Bay with the occasional plane passing overhead. Seating is either a single Adirondack chair or a two-person loveseat, both paired with wireless headphones and a bar pouring canned cocktails, beer and popcorn. The calendar mixes recent releases, cult classics, drag nights and weekend family matinees, and evening screenings run 16-plus with the bar restricted to 21-plus.
