Above Portside Pier on the Embarcadero, TopSail turns a rooftop terrace into a spot for watching harbor traffic pass the USS Midway and the Coronado Bridge, with fire pits for when the bay breeze picks up. Brigantine, the seafood company behind it, built the menu around small plates: mini tempura lobster tacos, Alaskan halibut fish and chips, ahi sliders, and a lobster mac and cheese meant for sharing. A wagyu burger with truffle fries is on hand for anyone who wants the view without the seafood.
