Two floors above Fifth Avenue at the Pendry, The Pool House turns a rooftop pool deck into an open-air lounge with cabanas and daybeds looking out over the Gaslamp Quarter. The kitchen leans coastal: a frito misto of calamari and shrimp, coconut ceviche, a lobster roll built for splitting poolside. Guest access starts at nine in the morning and runs into the evening, and Mondays turn into an off-night party for restaurant and bar staff with a dedicated drinks list. Sunday bottle service comes with its own reserved patch of pool deck, no line required.
