A building on Camino del Rio South in Mission Valley holds Mesa Rim's top-rope, lead and bouldering walls, which run roughly 60 feet high, alongside a yoga studio and a full fitness room next door. Route setters rework the bouldering problems and routes every week, so the walls change even for regulars. A one-week starter package bundles rental gear, a belay lesson and full membership access, aimed at people who've never tied in before. Weekday hours run 6am to 11pm, with shorter hours on weekends.
