ICA San Diego's North campus sits on six acres of coastal landscape in Encinitas, formed when the Lux Art Institute merged with the San Diego Art Institute. Its outdoor Sculpture Trail carries site-specific installations built for the coastline around them, and the building also runs ceramics classes and workshops alongside its gallery shows. Admission to the exhibitions and events here is free.
