Amanda Devine, previously general manager at Sbicca, and 25-year hospitality veteran Gio Morelli opened the restaurant in April 2025 in the Camino del Mar space that had been Zel's for more than fifteen years, keeping the space's coastal feel through a light remodel. The kitchen leans on Baja, Hawaiian, and Southeast Asian flavors: sesame-seared ahi crispy rice, Spam musubi with a spicy guava glaze, macadamia-crusted local halibut, and a Korean steak wrap with mint and cucumber. Outdoor tables sit beneath a decades-old coral tree on a heated, covered patio, and the bar runs live music Wednesday and Sunday evenings.
