Chef Ryan Costanza, who worked under Dominique Crenn at Atelier Crenn and Daniel Patterson at Coi before spending time cooking in Singapore and Bali, opened this Balinese-inspired restaurant on Oceanside's Coast Highway. Concrete arches frame Indonesian graffiti art and a mural of silhouetted island women, with reclaimed wood and a hip-hop soundtrack running through the room. Michelin's Bib Gourmand has recognized the kitchen since 2021 for dishes like nasi goreng topped with a sunny-side egg and charred eggplant in smoked tomato sambal. The menu also pairs Southeast Asian cooking with Japanese technique and a biodynamic wine list.
