Andrew Bachelier, the chef behind Jeune et Jolie and Atelier Manna, and skateboarder Tony Hawk opened this fried-chicken restaurant in Leucadia in 2025, in the building that once held Fulano's. The menu turns on triple-dipped, buttermilk-brined chicken thighs, headlined by a sandwich called the Birdman that comes in three spice levels with kimchi and a Southern-style comeback sauce. A fish sandwich, tuna tataki, maitake mushroom lettuce wraps, and duck-fat fries round out the rest, cooked with local ingredients and no seed oils. Visual nods to 90s surf and skate culture run through the design, leaning hard on Hawk's own background.
