Sicilian-born chefs Vincenzo Loverso and Alessandro Minutella opened Allegro in the Little Italy space that spent more than two decades as Indigo Grill before closing in January 2020, with Marco Provino now running the kitchen. The menu leans coastal Italian: a raw bar, brick-oven flatbreads, house-made pasta and seafood entrees. Vintage wooden doors fifteen feet tall open onto a Tuscan lemon-garden patio with fire pits, seating fifty outside and eighty more at the bar and lounge.
