Tiger Hospitality, which also runs North County's Windmill Food Hall, operates the venture, pairing its own concepts (Cosmos Burger, Lobster Lab, La Vida, and Prik Ki Nu Thai) with outside vendors Moto Pizza and Handel's Homemade Ice Cream, all seated around one shared bar.
