Named for architect Addison Mizner, whose Mediterranean-style buildings inspired the resort around it, this dining room sits on a bluff with arched windows framing the hillside at twilight. Chef William Bradley has run the kitchen since 2006, building a ten-course tasting menu around Southern California ingredients that changes with the seasons. Rare Champagnes and selections from small producers fill the wine cellar. The restaurant now carries three Michelin stars, the first Southern California kitchen to do so.
