Concrete floors, an exposed black-steel ceiling, and a wall of living succulents fill the dining room, with bench seating in Pendleton-inspired pillows and a patio out front. The kitchen works from family recipes, serving breakfast all day alongside a lunch menu of burgers, sandwiches, and tacos, with vegetarian and vegan options. There is no WiFi, a deliberate choice meant to keep people talking instead of scrolling.
