Bluewater Grill

This restaurant occupies a boathouse on Glorietta Bay that predates the Victorian-style resort next door and served as its architectural prototype. Sanddabs, halibut, and black cod share the menu with a surf-and-turf plate pairing lobster tail with New York strip, alongside an award-winning clam chowder. Windows and patio seating look out over the bay, where sailboats and small yachts move across the water. Ponzu-cured scallops and panko-crusted fish were dishes a local reviewer singled out as standouts.
