Lucia Celi and Francesco Guardini, a husband-and-wife team, opened this pasta restaurant in the Gaslamp Quarter in 2018 before relocating it to University Avenue in Hillcrest. The kitchen makes its pasta from scratch with local, organic ingredients, and a hands-on class lets guests roll and shape their own dough before it's cooked to order and served at the table. Classes cover bread and lasagna making too, and a takeout counter sells the fresh pasta on its own. Reservations go through OpenTable or by phone.
