The Shore Room

The Seabird Resort's oceanfront bar in Oceanside faces the water from a wraparound porch, pouring craft cocktails alongside small plates of charcuterie, flatbread, oysters, and a mojito ice cream with candied lime. Inside, a living-room lounge of leather couches and rattan furniture opens through sliding glass doors onto a patio with fire pits, where the mood turns to candlelight and globally inspired cocktails after dark. Friday and Saturday nights run until 11 p.m., with the kitchen closing earlier than the room itself.
