Sally's occupies the Manchester Grand Hyatt on San Diego Bay, steps from the Convention Center and Gaslamp Quarter, with a renovated dining room and a bayfront patio that takes dogs. Chef de cuisine Alvaro Garcia, who trained at Hyatt properties in Mission Bay and Indian Wells, runs a Baja Med-leaning menu that includes grilled Spanish octopus with ayocote bean puree, whole branzino, and a seafood tower stacked with king crab and poached lobster. The bar pours craft cocktails and local beer alongside the wine list. Self-parking is complimentary for three hours with a validated ticket.
