Named for Lilian Rice, the architect who designed the Inn at Rancho Santa Fe and much of the surrounding town, this restaurant anchors the nearly 100-year-old hotel's multi-million-dollar renovation. The kitchen works Latin and Asian influences into coastal California cooking — a salmon crudo with truffle ponzu, a 16-ounce ribeye with bone marrow, a whole grilled lobster with frites. Beyond dinner, the space runs breakfast and lunch through the week, a sushi menu Wednesday through Sunday evenings, and weekend brunch. Private dining is available for groups of ten or more.
