The Melt

Staying open until three in the morning, the Gaslamp Quarter location of The Melt took over a 1920s-era, 2,350-square-foot unit that last held Dolcetti Boutique, joining a second San Diego branch that had opened at The Shops at La Jolla in 2017. Burgers built on Angus-Wagyu patties anchor the menu alongside grilled cheese sandwiches, mac and cheese and hand-spun milkshakes, with an Impossible burger and a Swiss 'n' Shroom version among the options.
