L’Auberge

Adelaide is L'Auberge Del Mar's restaurant, its dining room opening through a wall of glass doors onto the resort's ocean view. The restaurant arrived in 2021 as part of a resort-wide renovation, and the kitchen changed hands again in late 2025, when the resort named Sergio Jimenez executive chef. He has already reworked the breakfast, brunch and lunch menus, with a dinner menu due to follow.
