Ballast Point

A brewery, tasting room and restaurant combined, Ballast Point's Little Italy location opened at the corner of India and Ivy in October 2013 in a 9,000-square-foot space that doubles as the company's research and development lab. Three private cabanas and an outdoor patio face the street, and staff run daily tours through the R&D brewhouse. Inside, an upscale dining concept called the Kettle Room pairs a rotating culinary menu with the beers being tested next door.
