Bosforo

A wood-fired oven greets diners at the entrance of this Turkish restaurant and bar on Adams Avenue, built around the shared-plate meyhane tradition of Türkiye. The kitchen hand-minces beef for its Bosforo Kebap and caps it at fifty servings a night, alongside dishes like the Karniyarik stuffed eggplant.
