Et Voilà! French Bistro

Vincent Viale runs the kitchen at this Adams Avenue bistro, under French ownership since 2016. The menu holds to the standards: duck confit, coq au vin, steak tartare, escargot, moules frites, served in a room the San Diego Reader called free of any ostentation. Reservations are recommended, and last seating depends on how the night is booking up.
