Underbelly

Little Italy's Underbelly is a renovated ramen room with a cyberpunk-Tokyo look: neon signage reflected in the bowls, liquor bottles that rise and lower on light-up pulleys above the counter. The menu runs from a Filipino-inspired house ramen to the hoisin-glazed short rib Belly of the Beast, plus bao and a spicy fried chicken side. Orders are placed at a front counter for dine-in or takeout.
