Hasta Manana

In the Gaslamp Quarter, Hasta Manana Cantina took over the former Rockin' Baja Lobster space at 5th and K in 2024, opening behind a green storefront with colorful murals inside. The kitchen, led by chef Kevin Templeton, serves Baja coastal cooking -- tacos, burritos, mole wings, diablo shrimp -- while a tequila-focused room called the Monkey Bar sits at the back of the space. It stays open until 2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
