On the ground floor of the Andaz hotel in the Gaslamp Quarter, STK San Diego runs a steakhouse and lounge under one roof, pairing steaks and cocktails with an in-house DJ and dramatic lighting. A daily happy hour and weekend brunch lead into dinner service, and the same building holds a separate rooftop bar with sofa seating and skyline views a few floors up. It sits just blocks from Petco Park and the downtown waterfront.
