In Encinitas Village, an outpost from the team behind Taste of Hong Kong, Kanpai BBQ & Shabu and China Max opened as Dumpling Bar in September 2024. Its dumplings, including xiao long bao soup dumplings and chicken wontons in chili sauce, are handmade in a kitchen visible to the dining room, alongside noodle and wok dishes, vegan dessert buns and boba milk tea. An all-you-can-eat option adds unlimited boba, soda and ice cream.
