Provisional Kitchen

Inside the Pendry hotel in the Gaslamp Quarter, Provisional Kitchen is a greenhouse-style dining room built around an open kitchen and an espresso bar, with a retail corner selling ceramics and pantry goods. Brunch runs daily until 2 p.m. with pancakes, eggs benedict and a pumpkin spice French toast, while dinner on Wednesday through Sunday shifts to wood-fired pizzas, short rib-stuffed cappelletti and a Calabrian chile-crusted pork tomahawk. A weekday Aperitivo Hour pairs Italian-style bites with wine and cocktails.
