Outside, a deep-sea mural marks this Pacific Beach counter, blocks from Tourmaline Beach, where a food truck once carried the same name. Regulars eat off red plastic trays while a cashier calls out names and scoops ceviche into plastic cups, and the torta de Oscar piles smoked fish, spicy shrimp and skirt steak into one sandwich. Tacos run to grilled octopus and an al pastor-style tuna marinated with pineapple.
