San Diego's first churrascaria, this Gaslamp Quarter steakhouse has grilled over mesquite charcoal since 1999, the only one in the city to do so. Servers circulate with skewers of grilled meats, carving cuts like top sirloin cap and lamb chops tableside, alongside a salad bar and hot dishes that include seafood in coconut milk. Weekend evenings bring a pianist, and samba dancers perform Friday and Saturday nights.
