Owner Reyhan Gumustekin has run this Fay Avenue restaurant in La Jolla since 1998, serving wood-fired pizza and housemade pasta alongside a seafood cioppino built from salmon, shrimp, mussels, bay scallops and calamari in a lobster broth. Dinner now runs solo, from 4pm most nights, where the menu once also covered breakfast and lunch. Out front, the patio has a European feel, stays busy with regulars, and takes dogs.
