A model Aston Martin sits among the bottles at this Upper East Side cocktail bar, opened in 2024 with a James Bond theme built into everything from the black-lacquered counter to the drink list. That list comes bound like a dossier, titled Vol. 007, with cocktails organized from light to strong across chapters split by stills from the films. The kitchen runs heavier on seafood than a typical theme bar, with scallop crudo and crispy rice topped with bluefin tuna alongside a large cheese plate and housemade chips.
