At the corner of Rivington and Allen on the Lower East Side, Parched Hospitality Group opened this aperitivo bar in 2026 with Clint Snowling running the kitchen and Jeremy Ortiz behind the bar. The drink list centers on a dedicated martini program alongside fruit-forward spritzes, including one built from Aperol, watermelon juice and tomato vermouth. Food leans Italian: cacio e pepe fries, a raw bar, gnocco fritto with prosciutto and stracciatella, a bowl of rigatoni. An upstairs terrace called Terrazza opens for warmer months, and tables are booked through Resy.
