Inside Jazba's back room on 2nd Avenue, a December 2025 opening became the first standalone bar for the team behind Jazba and Junoon. Head bartender Sahil Essani works from a short list split between revived Prohibition-era drinks and updated classics, including a burnt-butter-washed bourbon old fashioned and a rum flip topped with hot egg foam. Honey from Manhattan rooftop apiaries turns up in a few of the cocktails. The room seats only 26, and larger groups need to email ahead rather than book through Resy.
