A 1970s tavern look runs through Keepers, with booths and bar seating built for a casual crowd. The kitchen turns out New Jersey-style bar pizza, thin and crunchy, best paired with one of a dozen Negroni variations — including takes built around Irish whiskey and strawberry vermouth. There's no reservation line to get around: it's walk-in only, with hosts managing the wait at the door on busy nights.
