This West Village cocktail bar reopened on Cornelia Street in 2023 as a worker-owned cooperative, three years after its original Williamsburg location closed when the building sold. This space is smaller, so the room runs quieter than the old Donna's did. The kitchen dropped its taco-only menu for small and shareable plates built around pan-Latin flavors, and the bar kept its Brancolada, a pina colada spiked with Fernet Brancamenta, while adding drinks pulling from Caribbean and Southeast Asian ingredients. Happy hour runs weekdays from 5 to 7pm.
