A 1932 Art Deco building's basement, once home to Fat Cat, now holds Cellar Dog, restored for live jazz every night at 7 alongside pool, ping pong, shuffleboard, chess and vintage arcade cabinets like Ms. Pac-Man and Frogger. The kitchen keeps it simple: movie-theater nachos, grandma's pizza, soft pretzels, house ice cream, next to wine, seltzer and beer on tap. Games run first-come, first-served, and a cover kicks in after 6 p.m.
