Nico de Soto and Cocktail Kingdom's Greg Boehm opened this cocktail bar in 2015 and moved it to larger quarters on West 8th Street in 2019, building the whole menu around single spices paired with a matching spirit. A 2026 refresh added a Rosemary drink mixing rye whiskey with olive oil and koji caramel, a Pandan cocktail built on de Soto's own liqueur, and a nutty Green Cardamom take on an Espresso Martini, with only the original Mace cocktail staying on year-round. Chef Anthony Venegas supplies the bar snacks, and a late-night menu of shared plates starts at 10pm.
